Belle Peng holds a degree in Architecture from Wellesley College, where she honed her design skills and gained a deep understanding of the principles of architecture, art, and interior aesthetics.

With a career spanning over 15 years, Belle has successfully completed a diverse range of projects, renovating residential homes for long and short term rentals. Her design work and vision brings a designer’s touch to the Seattle market.

Jake Newcomer built homes with his father and grandfather since he was 16 years old. They have completed hundreds of projects and have a deep knowledge of structural and engineering principles.
